Hotel El Portico is a family owned resort that lies in the lovely green Heredian Mountains. The 25 minute drive from the Juan Santamaría airport takes you to a relaxing, comfortable place that feels a world away from the busy, crowded city. Due to the altitude of our location (2.3km from the sea level), we have a fresh climate and our area is surrounded by the distinct scent of pine trees.
